greetings
ive been searching for a new or used drum set. i play world music...african pop, reggae. also some rock too. anyway, i'm looking for a kit with a smaller bass drum (16x20,18x20) and fusion size toms (10,12,14). also, it may sound picky but i really want a silver sparkle or white marine pearl finish to match my current snare drums, but i'm not tied to this.
ive been trying to narrow down my search and heres what i have so far:
Tama Superstar or used Starclassic with 18x20 kick
Taye Pro-X jazz kit with 20" kick
Mapex Pro-m jazz kit with 18x20 kick
Used 70s or 80s Ludwig kit (big beat?)
New Ludwig Custom Accent glitter series 20" kick
Yamaha (not sure what model)
by the way, my price range is 600-900 for shells and hardware, and another five hundred or so for used cymbals.
thanx so much in advance!

Buy a Pdp MX kit (with nice hardware) and try going on NEW Sabian X20 performance pack (350$ price on musicians friend). These both products are like 1100-1200 bucks.. you save $$ .. or u can spend them on more cymbals, double pedal, or whatever you want. |

Take a look at my kit in the Swap Meet section.
It's everything you need but the bass drum size and the color. Hardware is included and it's priced right. _________________ Bish
