Hey, my name's Joe. I'm new to the forum but not new to forums in general.
I like heavy metal, (Manowar, Judas Priest, Maiden, etc etc)
I never got into Metallica
Death to false metal.
I like some psychobilly stuff (Nekromantix, Horrorpops, Tiger Army, Reverend Horton Heat) although I don't like playing it on drums.
I do not like punk music other than X-ray Spex
I like hip-hop, but not rap (Public Enemy, A Tribe Called Quest, Beastie Boys, De la Soul, Fugees)
I like Sublime, but for their music and not because they have lyrics involving pot.
Some things I listen to are The Doors, Red Hot CHilli Peppers, Crosby Stills and Nash, Rainer Maria, Rhapsody, John Coltrane, Stone Temple Pilots
I think Twisted Sister doesn't enough credit.
I also enjoy listing to Blondie.

I've been playing drums since the end of summer and I'm not very good, but I am proud of where I am after a few months of playing.
When not playing drums, or going to school, I like to ride BMX bikes.

Welcome to Drumdogs.

With winter setting in you might find more time to play drums. You'll really grow over the winter.
