| im just wondering, lil offtopic, but if the top players use it..dont they usally get it for free? and by getting all the top players, all the kids want what they play, and they can hike up the price just because they can to make more money? ive never played a DW, or really looked at one...perhaps next time im at guitar center, i think they had one set up last time i was there. |

DW drums are nice but the set I played in Guitar Center didn’t hold a candle to the Gretsch Renown kit they had, the two kits tuning may have had a play in this. The Gretsch finish was the best in the store hands down. I too feel you pay a lot just for the DW name. They are not the drums people make them out to be. Yes they are very good but there are others that are just as good if not better. Yes I play Gretsch but I’m open to all brands. _________________ Now playing Slingerland, Gretsch, & Sonor Drums
