10 inch snare strainer?

ive been looking everywhere online, for what seems to be a rare piece of hardware. i need to replace the strainer on my 10 inch pork pie snare. the smallest ones ive found were 12 inches. can somebody maybe point me in the right direction??

I assume you're talking about the snare wires rather than the strainer, considering that you said the smallest you can find is 12". There are several types of 10" snare wires available that site.
