If they are what I remember them being, they're both gimmicks. _________________ The Silvertones |

| Jared Faulks was pretty good. His performs the heel-toe technique on non-longboard pedals which is pretty cool. Comes with prinitable music and exercises to play. I wish I didnt spend $40 on it though. |

I bought the Jared Falk DVD and it was complete BS. Didnt teach me anything new and what it showed was very basic. any drummer with commonsense could have worked out what he was showing WITHOUT forking out for his "mindblowing" dvd. want to learn heel-toe? Go to You-Tube...the amateurs posting on there are just as good as most pros at showing and detailing the techniques, rudiments etc, and you can even find a lot of shorts from pros like Tim Watterson...

ya know, i'm glad i'm not the only one out there...
how can we (as drummers) keep promoting products like these. Yes, you are absolutely correct...The Stronsick system is the same thing....
basic common sense, and here I thought there was some amazing trick that I had missed for the last 30 + years of drumming. |
