plus id love to know if since you can record 2 tracks at a time could you possibly get 16 different tracks on one song?
id just really love to know if i can record on this machine and take the song to my computer to mix it then put it to cd with out a lack of quality |

I'd recommend buying an interface and recording directly to your computer... can't help you with that machine though. _________________ Getting shot in the face sucks almost as much as My Chemical Romance. Almost. |

| I agree with getting a multiple input soundcard/interface and recording directly onto your computer, if that is at all an option. Stand-alone recorders are nice because they're portable, but the menus are often difficult to navigate and they tend to have limited functions. That particular one will only record 8 tracks, not 16, and only 2 simultaneously. If you're recording drums (and I would guess you are, since this is a drum forum), you might want more than 2-simultaneous tracks for recording, as it can be tough to get a good drum sound with only 2 mics (it can be done, but it takes some practice). |
