hey,
i currently have the tama superstar fusion kit 5 piece.

I really need to get the whole kit apart from the bass drum re-skinned and with me playing indie music i want to get a good sound for indie music out of my kit.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what i should use

i currently have stock heads and have been thinking of replacing them with Evans EC2 Clears on all my toms and a Evans Reverse Dot Hazy on my snare..

Will this get the sound I want???

cheers

It depends what sound you want....

Indie isn't a sound, its a musical Genre.

You can have a wonderful deep ballsy sound in Indie, or a tight high pitched.

EC2's are very nice, as well as Remo Pinstripes.

I have and always will recommend the Evans EMAD bass drum system - i have an EQ3 resonant head.
