Just picked up a 18" Zildjian Amir (Never heard of them before) for $39 on ebay, including shipping. Seems to be a much more substantial cymbal than ZBT's. Any thoughts from folks familiar w/ this cymbal would be great. Nobody I've talked to has ever heard of the "Amir".

I just did a quick search for the Amir line and they were apparently Zildjians intermediate "budget" line, made from B8. People on the internet say it apparently doesn't sound "budget" though.

Just git the cymbal Fri.. It's SUBSTANCIALLY nicer than ZBT's. but not as nice as vintage Zildjian. For the money I paid ($30 including shipping) I'm happy.....
