Hello DrumDogs!
I am currently 15, and I just decided to begin drumming, after having the urge to for quite some time. I have been reserching a good, cheap set for a long time, and I finally came up with Ludwig LC1251 Accent CS Combo Series Black 5-Piece Power Drum.
Sorry, I can't yet post link's, otherwise I would.
So what I need help with:
1. How is the set? Do any of you have it that can tell me from experiance?
2. I see it comes with a cymbal stand and hi hat stand, but no hi hat or cymbol. Can anyone suggest a cymbal and hi hat that will sound good but not cost much? (Maybe 80 together)
3. If I were to only get either a hi hat or a crash, which is a better choice? (in which case I would get 1 slightly better one)
4. Finally, Whats a "Drum throne"? It says one is included.
Sorry for all the questions, but I am a new drummer. Thanks for any help! |

hi, welcome to the forum. unfotunately i know nothing about the kit itself so i can't help you there.
it would help if you specified whether that's £80, $80 etc
definately get a hi-hat before crash if you have to choose only one
drum thrones are the stools we sit on, they're called thrones to make us feel important (i don't know the real reason) _________________ If the only way you can accept an assertion is by faith, then you are conceding that it can’t be taken on its own merits |

a crash is a type of cymbal, so that question is unanswerable, what do you mean? _________________ If the only way you can accept an assertion is by faith, then you are conceding that it can’t be taken on its own merits |
