Here's somewhere I haven't been in a while...

I'd almost forgotten it existed haha, basically I'm moving into a new flat where noise may be a problem and am considering buying an electric kit rather than using silencers on my full kit, also it may help with practising in a small room with the band.

So I'm looking to spend around £300/$600 give or take a little that'll do the job, headphones, line into pc or go to amp etc, any ideas?

That might be tough. I'd try the yamahas maybe.

Otherwise, see if you can pull up a DrumKAT on Ebay (or DK10) with pedals. Then you can plug it into your laptop and drum to your heart's content. Plus, when done, you can slide it all under the bed. Subsequently, you can get a sound module (or contiune using your computer/laptop) and use it as an addition to your acoustic kit.
