great site!
i am restoring a slingerland kit in a champagne sparkle finish.
does anyone know of a way to get info from serial numbers?

Email either Slingerland itself or Modern Drummer magazine. Tell them exactly what you have, and add a picture or two if possible. Either should be able to help you.
