I just purchased Remo Ebony Pinstrip heads. I have been playing clear for years, but I think it's time for a change. What do you guys think about it?

I paid $77 for 8, 10, 12, 13, and 16 in. heads!

not a bad price.

I tried clear pinstripes once, and I've never tried the ebony variety, but I would guess that the difference is just cosmetic...They do look kinda neat, though Cool

yeah, pinstripes are nice, dunno if they're cheap or not, but the i think the ebony ones are made to just look cool. Ive seen alot of people put them on their resonance heads, it looks cool either way

I've had ebony pinstripes and liked them quite a bit. They're very durable, that's for sure. And they look nice.

I have all 6 of my tom's equipped with ebony pinstripes. They've been there for over a year and still sound sweet. Great buy I say.
