Is there any software out there that does automatic tabbig?
It would be so cool if there was a drum brain routine that picked up every trigger that you hit and automatically put it in tab format so you could send it to your pc and print it or edit it etc. anyone ever heard anything like this? _________________ I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad, the dreams in which im dying are the best i've ever had. |

Blindboy - not quite sure what "automatic tabbig" or "tab format" are, but there are several apps (programs) that will record the incoming midi, score it , and display as sheet music, for print edit or etc.
Actually, I bet most can. Check Cubase, Sonar, Harmony Assistant, etc.
If you're talking about "tablature" as in guitar sheet music, well, ... um ... never mind. |

I think he means drum tab.. y'know like the sort in all the magazines and as taught by tutors... drum tab. And you're right Blindboy, it would be way cool if there was some software to do it - I'm sure there must be -somewhere... _________________ www.drumstudio.co.uk |

yeah thats what i meant damnuk. hell if there is software that can score music there is no reason why it couldnt tab it. although regular sheet music would be just as cool. thanks guys _________________ I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad, the dreams in which im dying are the best i've ever had. |
