Hey man, welcome to the board.

I think you are jumping ahead of yourself, i would suggest learning some good technique first before learning stick twirls and all that monkey fun stuff.

It'll be a lot easier as well to pull twirls when you are in full control of your feet and hands.

welcome to the boards man

Like he said, get your hands and feet down solidly then work on the tricks and showy stuff.

well. i dont approve (i accually agree with what the other people have said), but ill tell you... Rolling Eyes lol

when your holding the stick, reach under it with your middle figer and push up with it so the stick sorta spins up and you have it siting in between you 2nd and 3rd fingers. then make a circle motion with your hand and the stick should start to move. this probaly isnt very helpful... oh well, i try. and just to state that i still agree with the other posts, im not perfect on technique, i just know how to do it ok as a result of many hours of boring band class.'

BTW, welcome Very Happy
