I can sure say that I don't, but nor do I think that rock is worse. How much jazz have you actually listened to? Have you studied it extensively?
As well, whats wrong with a setup? Where does it explicitly say that a four piece is intrinsicly for one style of music? After all, I've heard death metal on a four piece with an 18" kick before.
And as for rocking hard, I agree. You have to do that in any music. Check Art Blakey, for example. He REALLY pushes things.
Not trying to slam you, just trying to give you another perspective. |

If your saying you cant rock hard on a four peice set, your saying Travis Barker from blink 182 cant rock on his 4-peice set. Just cause its a set designed for jazz doesnt mean you cant play other styles of music on it. Jazz can also be one lf the greatest styles of music if you really know how to play it. _________________ The Silvertones |

Oh heck yeah! Art Blakey is insane. Check out "Drum thunder suite" on the album "Moanin". he pounds on those skins. |

| Buy a fussion set and you both will be happy with the set. Also, the best is jazzcore: hardcore with jazz-like grooves. Try it! xD |
