hi hats-
60's? zildjan 14" new beats
14" sabian hhx stage, i think
crash-
16" istanbul traditional dark crash*
ride-
20" istanbul turk ride*
china-
12" wuhan
14" wuhan*
14" paiste super low budget series high hat bottom, inverted and cracked from edge to center
splashes-
6", 8" sabian b8 pros
10" sabian b8
the stuff with the asterisk is my main stuff, and the rest i rarely use; it's just trinkets and garbage. i use one of the 14" chinas as my secondary crash and another crash as the effect. usually roll with 3 cymbals, excluding the hi hat and ride. i use the new beats at home and the hhx hats on the road, pretty much. no real reason, other than the new beats are old and i like them.
love,
eor |

premier, how the hell do you hit all those things?
my cymbals from left to right:
sabian 14" hhx groove hats (brand new, not sure if I like them yet)
paiste alpha 10" splash (kinda tinny)
paiste 1000 16" power crash (reaonably good sound)
zildjian 16" K crash (awesome)
sabian AAXtreme 15" china (haven't heard a wuhan yet, this is good tho)
sabian AA 20" rock ride (nice bell)
A real mix, I buy whatevers going cheap. Maybe I should get a wuhan |

20" - Wuhan China
14" - Sabian b8Plus Hi Hats(old school pre b8 Pro's)
16" - Zildjian crash - really I have no clue what kind of zild this is, all I know is my cousin gave it to me and said it was a hand crash, but I really dig its sound
12" - Wuhan china
18" - Paiste Color sound 402 or 400. Its accualy black in color.. I dig its sound for some reason. Can beat free cymbals. I accualy have another one I could use but they sound alike so there is no point
19" - Zildjian Suspended Crash - this is accualy a concert cymbal, but I use it as a crash ride. Its awsome
20" - Zildjian Ride - no clue what series or anything, it slike a slight green tint to it(probably tarnished) and the hole for the stand is keyholed and accualy broke. so the hole is like about 3/4 of a inch. Its super pingy and washy, Sometimes it doesnt have enough cut to do what I want. I go in and out of wanting to use it. Right now I took it off my kit because I set mine up differntly and I needed a different stand for setting up a tom. _________________ Mapex Mars 6 piece - Pert Paragon Cymbals |

i have two different sets of cymbals, strangely i have never set all of them up at once....must try that sometime...
like to keep it simple, personally:
left to right:
sabian hats (i dunno what type they are, i aqquired them a while ago, but they sound really nice, just right for what i wanted, so i wasn't complaining)
a custom medium 15"
a custom medium 17"
wuhan 18" china
sabian hats (same)
paiste 505 16"
paiste 505 17" (not the highest end of cymbals, but the sustain is just right, and they compliment each other perfectly)
20" ping ride _________________ because you can't, you won't and you don't stop... |

Premier... i would like to take every possible opportunity to tell you how awesome ur kit is. I am jealous. As a 13 year old on a babysitters budget, I have (Left to Right) 10" Zildjian ZBT splash, 14" B8 Hats, 12" Wuhan China, 15" A Custom Crash 16" B8 Crash, and 20" B8 Ride. Yeah, not the best, but I blow every penny I earn on drumming stuff. So it's the best I can do. I do have a Yamaha Stage Custom Standard though. I'm happy with that. |
