What kind of pitch? Where do you want it mounted? Both will determine the price. Well for under $40 it would have to be a small (high pitch) bell. You can get an LP "black beauty" and a bass drum mounted bracket for under $40. The bell should run you about $25, and the bracket about $11. If you can find a place who stocks JCR then go with that. They're made in New York, sound amazing, and are super cheap! _________________ Böhse Onkelz!!! |

I have two LP cowbells. Once is called "Rock classic ridge rider" low pitched with a plastic rim and it was $39.00 and a high pitched smaller one (black beauty) that was $23.00. The bigger LP is great for funk as well.

Both are great cowbells but any of the "ridge rider" series cowbells would put him above $40 with taxes and all. And he still needs a mount!! _________________ Böhse Onkelz!!! |
