Are these Zildjian HH's vintage?

Purchased a junk kit for $80 and found out much that the seller did not realize he also sold me Zildjian Constantinople hi hats. They were so grungy, I assumed they were cheapies until a friend noticed and commented they might have some vintage value.

They are rather heavy for 15 inch hats and have a darker sound.

As a first time poster, i cannot post a link to a picture I found on a web site. But the stamp has a star in the middle of a cresent with "Made in the USA" below that.

Appreciate knowledgeable feedback on when they were made, their "vintage" status or value.
