Ron Dunnett just purchased the George Way drum co.

Huh? George Way was purchased in 61 by Camco and Camco was bought out by Tama and DW (hardware went to tama and drums went to DW). How did someone "Just" buy anything George Way? Do you have a source on this? I'd love to read it.

*Just* means it *just* happened this month.

Yeah, the guy's name is Ron Dunnett of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

You react as if I made it up to screw with you personally. I have no reason to do anything like that.

I have no experiance with George Way products or his history beyond superificial information. I am just posting precisely what I saw.

Wow. I didn't mean to come off as attacking you. I just didn't understand. I thought everything had been bought out by Camco. I wonder if that means that DW will have to change their Turret lug that Way came up with. I didn't realize that he had done all that. Thanks for the info. I'll have to check out Mr. Dunnet's drums. Hmmm. I wonder if I could contact him for more info on my kit.

Anyways, thanks for posting that. Good info.
