You will, I believe, need 2 different hoops, because you need to thread the snare wires through one hoops.

A shell, lugs, a normal hoop, a snare side hoop, tension rods, butt and strainer, snare wire, plastic things (or string) to attach snare wire, air vent, batter head, snareside head, drill, and finishing materials as described in previous posts.

I still haven't figured out what you could use to make your own badges though, any thoughts?

Use a thin sheet of stainless steel for the badges.

I'd love to see someone use the chameleon paint.

It's expensive as hell (at least the real stuff is), and I think it is best suited for metals.

If so, refinish the Ludwig metal drums with it might work.

Ah, I looked up the paint online, and I found some stuff on ebay for cheap, but you need to mix it with clear paint, as well.

And tension rod washers -- nylon or metal, your choice.

I know that everyone wants a 20 lug snare (10 on top and 10 on bottom) But how much of a difference would it make if there is 8 on top and 8 on bottom. Any thoughts to that?
