Not really complete yet. It's still a work in progress, but nonetheless, I'm very, very happy with this kit.

Drums: DW Collectors Maple in Blue Silk Onyx Finishply
20" x 20" Bass Drum
7" x 12" Rack Tom
14" x 16" Floor Tom

NOT PICTURED:
6" x 14" Orange County 15 ply Vented Maple Snare
12" x 14" Floor Tom (I don't really like small floor toms, so I have this sitting in a closet)

Cymbals: (Most not pictured)
14" A. Zildjian Mastersound Hi-Hats (Brilliant Finish)
18" and 20" A Custom Projection Crashes
21" A Custom Projection Ride (shown)

Pedals/Hardware: All DW
5002 AD3 "Accelerator" Double Pedal
5500 TD Two-Legged Hi-Hat Stand
9300 Snare Stand
9700 Cymbal Stand (x3)
9900 Tom Stand

I bought this kit from Guitar Center after having it on layaway for approximately seven months. It was a wait that was well worth it. From what the guy at GC told me, this is one of special run kits where they make say, 20 of these kits in the exact same color and size configuration and see how well they sell. What initially attracted me to this kit was the sizes, in particular, the 20" x 20" bass drum and the short 7" x 12" tom. The bass drum is a cannon, literally. It sounds amazing, for lack of a better word. I'm honestly not a really big fan of the color scheme, but color is all aesthetic, right? I'm planning on getting it refinished at some point in the future, maybe in a purple sparkle lacquer. But until then, I'll have to deal with it.

This is my DW kit
it a satin oil set, the finish is called tobacco stain, wich was only made in 1998-1999. I've just recently ordered a 12"x9" tom and I'm just gonna have to wait the 3-4 months it's gonna take DW to build it..
I also play a 14"x6" DW EDGE snare. This is the best snare I've ever played...
Here are the specs
22"x18", 10"x8", 14"x11", 16"x13" tobacco stain finish,
14"x6" DW Edge snare

Awesome kits. I really like that color Dauthri, I wouldn't refinish that at all. It's very unique.

I ordered my Collector's Series kit in 2005. I have a 5 piece kit in Broken Glass Finishply, with gold hardware. Looks great under the stage lights! 16 x 20" kick drum, 5 x 14" 10 + 6 snare drum, 10 x 12" rack tom, and two floor toms: 14 x 14" and 16 x 16" respectively.

I'm running all DW hardware, including 9000 series double pedals and hi-hat. Actually, I am still partial to my Gibraltar throne. Just feels right!

Cymbals are all Sabian Paragon Neil Peart signature: 10 & 12" splashes, 13" hats, 16" 18" and 20" crashes, and the 22" ride. In addition, I sometimes add the 14" hats, and/or the 19" and 20" chinese.

For added effects, I often use a Roland SPD 20 pad unit, with or without some V-Drum trigger pads.

In terms of the sound, I've had nothing but compliments from soundmen and audiences. The band thinks they're too loud sometimes, but what do they know?
