I recently discovered an awesome instrument called a hang drum, a sort of UFO flying saucer looking hand percussion device with indentions all over it that make different tones. Has anyone here ever experienced playing one? If so, what did it feel like and where in the world can I find one!? |

Basle, I hear. It's an amazing instrument but I've only seen pictures and videos, and will run quite a sum of money. _________________ If you don't like it, you can just *Golly Gee* off! - Keith Moon's last words

| Yeah, supposedly they're only made in Switzerland and the only company who really made them has stopped. So, they're pretty much impossible to find and the ones that ARE out there are like 800+ Euros. Ridiculous... What a shame for such a beautiful instrument. |
