I just saw these sticks by Los Cabos, made in Canada, and I found them very impressive. One of my problems with smaller stick manufacturers is that the range is limited since I have a rather eccentric taste in sticks, but the Los Cabos sticks felt so impressive they didn't make me feel the difference at all, and they're slightly cheaper than the major companies. The dealer for Los Cabos also runs a jamming studio, and said that these sticks have lasted the longest in their studios of all they've tried so far.

I'm going to get myself a pair in a few days. Anyone tried these? I believe you won't be disappointed.

Yeah they're the kind my band teacher supplies for us in band class. I'm not really to picky when it comes to sticks but I liked them, I couldn't really see too big of a difference between those and the Vic Firth sticks I usually get.
