I recently traded a kit of mine for a blue/olive badge white Ludwig kit. They are the sharped edge badge and the serial numbers start with 209xxx putting them 1979/1980ish. The sizes are 24 kick, 13 and 14 toms, and a 18 floor tom. They appears to that they are an acrylic, similar to the vistalites but they are opaque. I have been unable to find any sort of information on them. Any info or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds as if you've got something very similar to that of John Bonhams Ludwig.

Any chance of any pics?

Ludwig did indeed offer a White VistaLite during the late 70's that appeared opaque.

They called it Finish No. 307.............
