For those of you who own electronic kits, I was just wondering how you guys record yours... I have Sony Acid music studio on my laptop, it has the ability to record but it's pretty basic. What other good programs/devices are out there?[/b]

I use adobe audition and run a a regular patch cable from my td12 to an edirol usb device. The only problem is sometimes there's a little static in the mix which can be a pain to get rid of. I'm soon going to try a midi to usb cable and see if that will work.

I use WaveLab. It's actually a program for Windows 95, I have a standard 3.5mm Jack to Jack from my module into my sound card.

Works fairly well.

I used a single midi to usb converter and hooked it up to my MacBook Pro and it worked like a champ with GarageBand.

@d3w_gears:

You should've be importing Acid files into iTunes. You need to export your Acid files to a file format such as ogg, mp3, wave, etc and import those into iTunes.
