There is a 16 piece Ludwig drumset on my local radio-station's partlyline (16 includes cymbals). It has 4 mounted toms 2 floor toms, a snare, two high-hats, and i forgot how many cymbals, but all the cymbals are Paiste except the high-hats, and also double bass (two bass drums I believe, not double pedals...). The heads are all newly replaced and in good condition, half are ludwig heads, half are remo. I can get it for $500.00.
Sounds way too good to be true but he says he needs it out fast cuz he's got a baby on the way.
I don't have room for a 16 piece, but I plan on selling about half of it, and also my current CB700 set that's beat up.
Anyone think i'll be making a good buy here? |

| As long as it's in good condition, that sounds like the deal of the century! Any idea what model it is? |

He claims excellent conditions... all screws... connectors.... washers in place. And he's letting me look at it before I buy it so he's not trying to cheat me out. Pretty sure it would be a good buy.
Don't know much about the drums themselves. I know the combined drumsets are both ludwig, one of the sets is from the 90's. I'll post more details when I can look at them more. |
