Never had any really bad cymbals; I guess the one I liked the least was my first ride - a 20" Paiste 900 Medium Multipurpose.
Favourite? Now that's a toughie... I'd say it's a die-roll among my 21" Ufip Bionic and Natural rides and my 20" Ufip Natural and Rough chinas. |

| By far the worst cymblas I have ever owned were a pair of camber's really low end stuff out of germany. I was given them I wound up giving them to my nephew when he started playing the drums. The Best cymbals God Thats impossible to answer such a personal prefferance. Especially today where there are over two dozen cymbal manufacters with dozens of lines of cymbals available. I like a lot of stuff I'm very varied in my cymbal selection. I currently have 10 Zildjian, 5 sabian, 2 wuhan, 1 meinl, 1 paiste, 1 agazarian and 1 Han-chi. On my kit my fav seems to float around. right Now I'm really diggin on my meinl 16" medium/heavy MB20 crash or my little 10" Wuhan spalsh It's the S series really nice. Suffocation, How do you like the UFIP's ? I'm Dying to get one or five of these. |

My worst was probably the ones that came on my first kit, terrible shop ones .
But my best I'd probably have to go with either my 22"Zildjian Z custom ride or my most recent purchase my 16" A custom crash |

Worst: The Sabian Solar crashes/hi-hat/china. When you played with a band, the ride wasnt actually that bad. The rest were...*shivers* absolutely *Golly Gee* horrid.
Best:..hard one. The best cymbals i've ever used have to be..
Paiste Alpha Soundedge hi-hats - Brilliant. Groovable and articulate.
Stagg DH Exo 17" Crash - This blew me away. I paid £24 for it and it sounded better then most of the crashes i'd ever used.
Paiste Signature Dark Energy crashes - These things are absolutely indescribable in their sound beauty..
And lastly..there are two rides I cant choose between. the Paiste Dry Heavy 21" sig ride, because the ping that comes with it reminds me of like, some kind of mix between fairy dust and an awesome triangle..and, this Istanbul(I think) Jazz ride that had rivets in it. was also amazing. _________________ n00bs are dangerous in large numbers.

Lets see, the worst I`v ever owned would be a toss up between a 20" titanium med ride or a 12" z custom splash, both sounded like hitting tin cans.
The best are my china 17" k, and a 1975 20" Canadian made A ride, it`s farely heavy, but the ping and bell are truely amazing _________________ out in the loft |
