hi, my name is hayley jane (as you can see...) you can call me hayley, or jane, of whatever you like really.

i'm only 13 and have been drumming for almost a year now. i don't take private lessons and never have although i've had some guidance by a family friend.
i love drumming. i get the best feeling when i play with other musicians. its like drugs, except better ;]
i also love the feeling of nailing something thats been really tough to get. my kit is Sonic Driveand its bright orange. its not the best but i LOVE IT.
i've come to this forum to hopefully learn some stuff and just talk. Smile

Welcome to the site. You started playing at a really good age. You are old enough to be serious about playing, and young enough to soak up knowledge like a sponge. Very cool.

i payed $750 for my kit. i had to use all my own money, and 750 bucks is a lot of money for a then 12 year old. took my a year to save it all up. (wow i guess that means its been well over two years since i decided i wanted to play the drums)

i'm really looking forward to talking to other drummers (:
