Now, I know that cymbals are all preferencial, but I think I've found a cymbal which is a staple and can fit just about anything:

A 16" A Custom Medium crash.

I dunno, but something about that cymbal seems to fit in just about every style of music I've played. It responds quickly, projects well, has good stick definition, and has sensitivity.

Anybody else tried these guys out?
