Hey.

I'm thinking of getting a Gretsch snare and decided on the Gretsch Custom line. However, i'd like to find out what the difference in sound is between a Custom and a Custom Plus?

Also, i noticed that Gretsch offers two types of throw offs - Nickeworks and Lightning. Can someone provide me a picture of each because i have no idea what the difference is between the two?
