I have a set of pintech cymbles. They miss some times. Has anyone ever used a set of Visu-Lite? I really want to know how good the hi-hat works on the Visu-Lite. Has any ever used them on a Roland TD-8.

I got some Pintech 20" Crash/Rides, and I've used them inplace of regular Yamaha cym-pads. Not bad - there's a batter-area imposed onto the main body, and I've found this comes away really easy (easily fixed with super-glue), but on the whole there's not alot of difference to the Yamaha pads-apart from the fact they look better.

Never had any missed hits, although the extra weight of the cymbals means they can double-fire on the bounce-back when they're hit with interest....
