What are youe expiriences with trigers? I think it could be very usefull to record many diferent sounds f.e in electronical styles of music...

You can also trig a wave track....just softwarely Wink
I not found of the triggs I rather prefer to put my money into good drumd/snare/or cymbals...maybe into a multi gate/compessor and good mics...Anyway if you are fan of triggs don't forget that cymbals need to be mic-ed so...

And many drummer use both trigs and mic in live situation , martin lopez of opeth has got both and a tech check and set the good amoundt of each sources during the shows , some song need more trigg or more "analog warmness" ...you know what I mean I'm frenchass tech...
