Hi everyone. I'm Tim and I'm new here.

I just upgraded my drumset to the new Premier Series Maple (which I think sounds fantastic) and I'm looking to sell my old Premier Genista (even though I hate to do it. I'll miss that birch sound Sad ) I don't want to sell it I just need the money to pay for my new one!!

Does anyone know what would be a fair price for those?

It's a 5-pc w/o hardware. Solid gold lacquer finish. Sizes: 22x18, 10x8, 12x9, 14x12, 14x5.5 snare. It's in fantastic condition, has the rims mounts, and has fairly new heads on it including an Aquarian SKII on the batter side! Tuned very well and shined and polished!

I'm thinkin like $1,000. What do you guys think?

I don't know much at all about pricing (read my other posts Embarassed ), heh, but I think $1000 sounds pretty good. If the set is in good condition you could probably ask for more (at least where I'm at), although that depends on how fast you need to get rid of it.
