Hi!
I'm thinking of buying some stuff now, since I have some money to spare. I'm thinking of buying stuff for a home studio. Remember I'm 15 years old, but I want GOOD SH*T!
I'm thinking of buying a good soundcard and a mixer and some mic's for starters. I can use about 1000 dollars (or ca. 7000 NOK).
I'm pretty sure of the mixer:
A Behringer 16 channel mixer with 8 mic inputs... For 250 US$ (1750 NOK).
It's half price
Then I'm thinking of buying a good soundcard. I want some mic inputs in it so I can mix the sound on my computer. What do you guys recommend?
Then Mic's... I'm NOT thinking of buying sets any longer, so I'm thinking of buying some really good mic's that I won't change in few years, so I was thinking of the Shure SM57 for my snare. I'm not sure of the kick mic, and I want an overhead (or two) also so I can record with cymbals and toms. I'm going to buy more mic's later, but I want good ones, and therefore I can't buy em all at the same time. So please help me. Would've been really nice if you guys know if their avaliable here in Norway before you post. So everything is appresiated!!!
