I have a TD-20 brain on order but I recently heard from a friend who tested one out that the dual-triggers on the toms don't really mean two tom sounds. He said you get one tom sound and the other trigger gives you a rim shot. Is that true? Who would play rim shots on their toms? That doesn't sound right - can anyone confirm?
