I like the Promark 2B sticks. I used to use Promark 5A but I switched. I like the bigger stick

There is one advantage to being a 2B player. If you ever run out of sticks, you can always get more by attending a baseball game at "bat day". _________________

I have a slew of 2B's, but just for snare drumming at school. I couldn't imagine using one for set playing. I'll stick with my Jordison Aheads. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/spironoise |

Promark 5B's are the perfect stick. The 2B's are like tree trunks. Haha. _________________ DW Collector's Series Drums

Imo been looking and playing around with 7As and wood tips, nylon tips then went to buy some new sticks and they only had the more expensive Promark 5As which they sold to me for the same price as the cheaper range . Never looked back even the 5A Stingers are sweet, good feel, weight. Oh I love my Promark sticks . Worth every penny |

I break pro-marks like crackers... I vastly prefer my Vater 3A fatbacks. better feel, twice as durable. _________________

Yea, I use Promark 5Bs, I found 5As, just a bit too thin.
At my local drum store, I am the only one that buys them!! _________________ Back to the Basics

2b's = loud
so when Iplay with my band I use 2b's...
I don't see why everyone is hating on them. _________________

I agree, I've been using the 5B Pro Mark 'Natural' for about 6 or 7 years now. I have only ever broken 1 stick in that time, I love 'em. _________________ 'Because it is sometimes so unbelievable the truth escapes becoming known.' - Heracleitus (ca. 500 B.C.) |

| After whittling the snot outta 5A's, I switched to 5B's and they're perfect. Not baseball bats, but they take a beating. |

What are the Vater XD Rock sticks, then? That's beyond baseball bats, or maybe even tree trunks. But lately I've been playing lighter, no worries. _________________ If you don't like it, you can just *Golly Gee* off! - Keith Moon's last words
