My dad just made this acoustic drumset with practice pads for snares, putting rubber on top of the splash cymbals and hi hat.

My question is that as I have fruity loops (drum machine proggie), can I like use it as sounds for the snare. For example, if I hit the snare pad, the sound would come out from my PC just like it would through the module.

My dad just got a few drum triggers for 'em. Any ideas? Do I need any new equipment? My dad don't wanna waste 700 bucks on a module here in Singapore.

Well you can't use triggers with drum machines as far as i know (and i know very little). i do know that you can coonect the drum machine to the module so you play along with the beats on the machine. Or something like that. It's in this forum somewhere.

Yeah singapore rocks.
