Hi, I was wondering if anybody here had used the sticks oyu can buy from www.hiptrix.com. They look quite cool and i was wondering if anybody had actually used them and could tell me what theyre like for playing with, as i was considering getting some for using in solos and such.
With the lights down and some nifty stick spinning i thought they would look great, but if they're no good to use and dont have a good sound I'd like to know. |

You can save 25 bucks and buy a little bottle of glow in the dark paint and paint some of your sticks, It will have the same effect for about 20 bucks cheaper.
But since I have never seen any of these sticks I cant tell you anything about them but I would try the painting a set of your sticks first you could save some money that way, plus you wouldnt have to worry about the way they sounded/felt. |

3 words, about those:
gimmic, gimmic, gimmic
the things people will make for money, lol
Are those things plastic? lol
You cant play with foreign objects.
Maybe the blue man group would use em, or if you had a gig at a rave. _________________ www.tattoodles.com

you know, first thing I thought when I went to the page with that guy on it is "hey, what's he doing on Bozzio's kit".
But, yeah, I still maintain that these are pointless. _________________ So with that title, do I Godwin every thread now?
