Hey everybody,
im new here, and kind of at a loss as to where else to turn for help with my new electronic kit. I recently bought a Roland Td-5 kit from a friend i know. upon powering it up the module flashes "Analog Test Error." the only thing that it seems to respond to is the high hat controller, and even then there is no audio output. it doesnt appear physically damaged at all, and the previous owner has never had this problem
first thing i tried was going to the Roland site for some tech support, but for whatever reason every page in the support section is down... and i cant seem to find a number to call.
anyone care to shed some light on this problem? |

Could be a software error. I browsed the Roland website and found a way to restore to factory settings. It might help so give it a shot:

The following procedure can be used to clear the internal memory and reload the
factory settings:
(CAUTION: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information
you wish to keep.)
1) Power on while holding down EDIT and START/STOP.
2) Press START/STOP again.

Also, I found some contact ways in there:
