| anyone, tried these, there new and sound fairly friggen good. i was waiting for the new line to come out since the zildjians armands came out a while back, they dont have the brilliant finish i like but still sound good and i wouldnt worry about breaking them |

Can you compare them to any other kind of cymbal? I think they're made out of B8, right? I kind of thought that they'd have an awful sound because of this (I hate my Sabian B8's).  |

You shouldn't think all b8s will sound bad because of a comparison to Sabian B8s which are essentially cookie cutter made. All of Paiste's 2002 lines are b8 (that's what the 2002 formula is) and the cymbals are professional quality. they sound pretty dang good, not like b8 quality its like a a higher end cymbal or at least sounds pretty goood even if its not a high end, not sure 100%
they are thicker than crazy though so just fyi |
