You could try a medium HH or HHX. I used to have a medium HH and the sound was so dark and brooding. It was a medium and so you had to give it a good whack to get a good roar out of it (I'm not a heavy hitter) but if you unleashed it, it could cut.

i wouldnt necessarily shy away from HH/HHX/other Sabian series. especially the HHX have quite a modern and complex sound, that would likely be a good counter to your mostly AAX set.

HHX cymbals are possibly my favorite cymbal i have ever heard, but the thing with that point for me is they are soo nice, i would be scared to hit then because i could break them, and are super thin.
anywho,

They do sound great with i think any cymbal though, and i would definatly look into those also

welll i won`t be hitting them lightly tho... i fill be hitting them repeatedly... so i don`t have to use my china alll the time... so i will need something that will stand up to a beating at times... does the AA series have a dark crash?

any professional cymbal that isn't defective will hold up to hard playing. granted theres a difference between playing hard, and playing like a brute and simply bashing your equipment. i personally used to use a K Custom crash for well... definitely not smooth jazz... and it held up fine.

The Sabian HHX O-Zone crashes are a balance between a crash and a china. They are dark and trashy, but still have a crash sound.

HH and HHX series are "modern dark" and with proper technique should hold up to a beating.

Go to the store, check out some crashes, and see what you like.

And whether the name printed on it is Sabian, Zildjian, Meinl or Saluda, go by the sound you like!
