I am a double-kick user and am new to it, only two months of playing with double-kick.
After 2 minutes of wonderful sounding double kick in perfecting timing my legs begin to get sore and do not cooperate?
Do they just need to get used to it? Because im new to both drumming and double-kick? |

Yes. Pretty much. Stretching is good too. Treat it like any other work out. _________________ A groove is a terrible thing to waste! |
