I already have a beginner drumset and for the holidays my parents were thinking of getting me a new drumset. I wanted to spend around $600-700 and I need hardware, but i already have good cymbals. I know I don't have much to spend because my parents don't want to spend much.
Any thought on what I should get? |

New sets that are decent are going to be a couple hundred dollars more than what you are saying.
You might find a good deal on a real nice used kit.
Hmmm there might even be some in the gear selling thread at the bottom of the forums. You never know what you might find down there. _________________ Bish

| Gretsch drums are great for that price range (ive been suggesting them a lot lately) A friend of mine has a gretsch, and the sound is just amazing. You could get a brand new one for around that price range, or if you wanted you could buy a semi-used one and still have some money left over for whatever else you might need |
